At 18 I went to college to do a mechanical engineering course...
While I was in college, I had several "click" moments that changed my perspective of life.

One of them was my first trip with friends to Amsterdam... and no, it wasn't because we smoked joints...
My second "click" was while traveling on the Spain coast for 15 days with my best friends... and this one really triggered my adventurous side.
Since I started to travel, I have collected some adventure stories in my note books.
And then, in my 3rd year of college, I did Erasmus in Romania for 6 months... and this one just gave me the "balls" to change my future...
After this crazy experience I decided that I didn't want to live like an engineer...
After traveling through 12 countries during Erasmus, I realized that a 9 to 5 job lifestyle wasn't for me. I wanted to be able to travel freely...
I had 2 years left before finishing college and I decided that, if I got there, I would finish it... but I will try to find something different to live for.
And then, in my 3rd year of college, I did Erasmus in Romania for 6 months... and this one just gave me the "balls" to change my future...

But what can I do for a living as an alternative?!
While I was in college, I took some time to search on Google about "how to make money"...
And I found something... I started to dedicate a lot of time learning about binary options, forex, stock market investments and so on... the true cliché, right?
In my last semester of college, I did an internship in a company to finish my Master's degree thesis.
The worst 6 months of my life.
This experience was like- "Ok I definitely do not want to live like this for the rest of my life".
I received a proposal to stay and work at the company but I refused.
I came back to my parents' house to start trading forex and invest in the stock market.

So, at that time, my parents had a merchandise business that was in real shit... my parents were completely unmotivated to continue with the company and I saw an opportunity to take the business and level it up...
In this way I became an entrepreneur.
I had zero experience about running a business... So, I started reading a lot about entrepreneurship and marketing...
Meanwhile, I had the idea of opening another business as well.
An e-commerce clothing brand for couples and families called "Big Bro!" rebranded later to "King Queen Love Apparel".
T-shirts and Hoodies of "King & Queen", "Mr. & Mrs." or even "Partner in Crime" set.
The sets sold like hot buns for Christmas time and Valentine's Day...
Meanwhile, I had the idea of opening another business as well.

After some success in my businesses, I needed to make a life changing trip.
At the beginning of 2020 I went to Bali, Indonesia to travel for 2 months...
But then Covid fucked up everything.
I was repatriated back to my country 1 month later and while I was in quarantine, I had another business idea...
After leveraging 2 businesses using all my knowledge and experience in marketing I just thought- "Hmm maybe it's not a bad idea to share my knowledge with other entrepreneurs and make some money with it..."
And that's how "Kevin is Marketing" came to be.
I created an Instagram account and shared marketing content and entrepreneurship tips on social media, I created and sold infoproducts like an ebook about "Social media Ads Guide for beginners" or an online course about a "Strategy to get leads to your business".
At this time I had 3 businesses in my hands...
After leveraging 2 businesses using all my knowledge and experience in marketing I just thought- "Hmm maybe it's not a bad idea to share my knowledge with other entrepreneurs and make some money with it..."
And that's how "Kevin is Marketing" came to be.

In mid 2021, I felt a lot of digital dependency due to the e-commerce business and "Kevin is marketing" project.
Too much time creating content, increasing engagement and answering text messages... It was too much for me...
So I decided to close my e-commerce business and "Kevin is marketing" project and focus my time on the merchandise business which was expanding a lot...
From 2020 to 2021 I increased the annual turnover by 65% and started to export products to all of Europe.
Ahh and what about investments? I still invest yes! But this is a long story...
Ok but what am I hustling for? For freedom? Yes... but for what? What really drives me?
And then I looked at my travel notebooks...
After 5 notebooks full of stories of travel adventures, I decided to share them on a website where, I hope, one day, at least one person has the right "click" to start an adventure anywhere on earth...
And that's how Brodventure.com came to be.
You have my word, every year from now on I will add new stories of crazy adventures.
Ok but what am I hustling for? For freedom? Yes... but for what? What really drives me?
