In 2018, while I was doing my master's degree thesis, I worked for a company that organizes high school student trips.
Me and João, a guy that worked for them already, took 42 kids and their 2 teachers to visit Geneva, the capital city of Switzerland.
This was definitely an interesting job/trip and João and I were lucky because these kids weren't bullies at all... 
But... I will share only one peculiar story to show you what it looks like on a trip with a group of excited kids abroad.

Imagine after a whole day with 42 kids under your care and then, when everyone gets off the public bus, a girl realizes that she left her phone inside the bus that was already gone...
So João started running to catch the bus and 3 minutes later the girl found the phone in her pocket...
I started to run and whistle in João's direction to let him know that everything was fine after all...
But then, after a while, João showed up with a jacket in his hands because one of the boys forgot it on the bus

We took the kids to visit CERN, the European research organization that operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world.

"two months ago we would have called the police"

In 2017, my mom and I went to Switzerland to visit my sister and nephew.
On the way back, we were in the airport and we passed by the security area. I was waiting for my stuff when a security guard brought my backpack and asked for my wallet...
I was surprised because I didn't understand what was going on.
I gave him the wallet and looked at my mom like "What is going on?!" 
Then he found the following card-knife in one of the wallet pockets:
I completely forgot about this card-knife because it was an old gift from a friend; 
my mom was nervous and embarrassed at the same time...
He started to tell me something that I didn't understand... neither did my mom. So he called another security guy that speaks Portuguese that said to us:
"We are going to confiscate this and you were very lucky because 2 months ago we would have called the police"
