POLAND
Krakow
(2018)
If you like to party, Poland is crazy as f*ck, but...
I'm not judging but from my experience in Poland, I felt that this country can be dangerous for foreigners, especially if you are a guy and you like to party at night.
On this page I'm going to share just one story about one of the last days I was in Poland, which, from my perspective, represents a little bit of what a foreigner can feel or experience while visiting Krakow, the capital city of Poland... yes, I know, it's just one story, ok, but probably if you know a friend who's been in Poland to party, they at least saw one thing violent around... that's my bet.
With this I'm not saying that Poland or every person that lives there is bad... NO! This is another amazing country in the center of Europe with a peculiar and unique culture... please, don't get me wrong...
But... through my one-week experience in Poland, I felt that there is some sort of tendency towards violence, especially at night in Krakow.
Let's start:
The most violent night I've ever experienced abroad
Krakow, Poland

That night some friends and I had dinner and went back to the hostel, Pink Panther's Hostel Krakow, where we were staying. From 10 to 11 pm was happy hour at the hostel (2 shots and 1 beer) and everything was going amazingly...

After the drinking time at the hostel, we went to a bar... a couple minutes later I was in front of the bar drinking and talking with 2 random Polish people.
They asked me if I was enjoying my trip in Poland. In my "drunk happiness feeling" I said- "Yeah for sure! This country is amazing and people here are very nice!"
They looked at me and commented: "Nice people? Do you really think that?"
As soon as they finish saying this, right next to us a skinhead guy takes a glass of beer from a girl's hand and throws it at her...
My friend goes there to calm down the guy and he does the same thing to him...
Then the skinhead guy comes in our direction and starts yelling at us... I just turned my back and went back inside the bar to avoid the guy...
A couple minutes later, a group of skinhead guys entered the bar towards the bathroom because they were fighting outside with another group of people and one of the guys was hit with pepper spray in the face.
So we left the bar and went to a disco...
Havana Club.

While we were waiting outside, my friend leaned against a car and a guy brutally pushed him because of that.
A couple minutes later, I entered the disco and right in front of me I saw 3 men kicking a guy on the floor with no mercy...
No one even tried to stop them...
While I was watching it, a random guy asked me- "Is he your friend?"
"Thank God it is not.."- I said.
At the end of the night I left the disco and on the way to the hostel I met 2 friends who had just arrived in the city and they told me right away- "Bro! We just saw a guy get beaten up back there on the corner! There is blood on the ground!"
We passed by that corner and yes, there was a lot of blood on the ground... poor guy.
When we were arriving at the hostel, two Polish girls passed us and bumped into one of my friends and started insulting him in Polish.
What is going on with these people?!
Next, at the hostel I found the following situation:

Yes, that's exactly what it looks like.
A friend of mine just puked all over the hostel's floor, his bed and the bed under him... The guy that was sleeping there just moved to another bed in the middle of the night.
The next day we met the rest of our group of friends and one of them told us that at the end of the night he took a taxi back to his hostel but he had no money, so the taxi driver just left him in the middle of the highway... he walked to his hostel and when he arrived no one opened the door so he fell asleep in front of the main door.
He just appeared with his pants like this:

This is just one story experienced in Poland... Unfortunatey I cannot share the other stories...
Pope's finger looks likE a... dick?!
